RAYAD Pre Departure Training Involvement
Terms and Conditions
Pre Departure Training will be held during the 18th March and 22nd March 2012 at Rydges Capital Hill, Canberra with the RAYAD Session on Monday the 19th March.

The RAYADs will all meet on the Sunday the 18th for a briefing session in the evening. It is important that all RAYADs are present at this briefing session. This is held before the meet and greet drinks on the Sunday night, which all RAYADs need to be present at in order to meet the AYADs informally before the session on Monday. The session on Monday will run from 10am – 12 noon. Further information will be sent through with the PDT Program and Itinerary 1 week prior to PDT.

Communication
All communication will be via the email address provided in this form. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current via rayad@austraining.com.au.

Flights
RAYADs from outside Canberra will be flown in on Sunday 18th March during the day (please be available to fly in at anytime) and return flights will be booked for Monday afternoon/evening on March 19.

If you wish to extend your stay please specify the dates and times you wish to fly in and out of Canberra in the notes section below. If you wish to extend your stay or change your flights after receiving your travel itinerary it must be done directly with the booking agent and you will need to pay any extra costs incurred.

Tickets will be electronic (E Ticket) and you will be required to show some photographic identification at the airport.

Accommodation
Accommodation for Sunday night is available for all participating RAYADs (including Canberra RAYADs if desired). Accommodation will be twin share.

Meals
The AYAD Program will provide all meals for RAYADs during their stay.

Airport Transfers
Airport transfers will be provided in Canberra from the airport to the hotel and return.

Transport to and from Rydges Capital Hill for Canberra based RAYADs can be reimbursed by the AYAD Program. Please keep your receipts.

Cancellation
If, after registration, you need to cancel your attendance at Pre-Departure Training please contact Betty Cherian via rayad@austraining.com.au.  If cancellation occurs after the 1st of March 2012 you will be liable for cancellation costs.
 
Please note: After registering you will be taken to a screen which informs you have registered successfully and you will receive a confirmation email. If this does not occur you have not registered correctly. If you have continuous problems registering please contact rayad@austraining.com.au
