Sourcing candidates
All AYAD Assignments are advertised on the AYAD website for approximately four weeks. We request that you promote your assignments to people in your networks.
If you have a potential candidate that you think is suitable for a particular role you can still work with the candidate and the HO to provide them with the best possible chance for a successful application. You will, for example, be able to ensure that the assignment advertised matches the skill set of the candidate required by the Host Organisation. We would also encourage you to review your candidate’s application to ensure it is of the highest quality. Having said this, the final decision is made by an external selection panel that neither the APO, nor the AYAD Program are able to influence.
